On http://shapeshiftnand.blogspot.com you might find content from other websites such as CyanogenMod, MIUI fansites and XDA forum boards, and by content I mean links (or probably screenshots etc.). New things for Android show up almost daily, so it is kind of hard to trace a specific item's (theme, mod, flashable .zip etc.) source, but it USUALLY originates in those three websites. For other things that I grab from websites other than my own, I will make sure to link you to the original source.
